Supplier Questionnaires
Collabra ensures a comprehensive and efficient vendor management process across the entire lifecycle. When onboarding, you can send vendor questionnaires aligned to the specific type of vendor that you are considering. Simply select a questionnaire from the Collabra library, create your own, or combine them – you decide. Questions even allow for the vendor to add attachments such as insurance certificates of coverage, SOC 2 / Type 2 and/or ISO 27001 certifications, etc.
After the questionnaire is completed by the vendor, you can request further clarification or documentation on specific questions, rather than returning the whole survey – helping ensure a focused and efficient process.
Risk & Criticality Assessment
It is best practice, and required by some regulators, to perform an assessment of vendor risk and criticality. This helps inform the type and level of due diligence, as well ongoing monitoring, that may be required.
